Chocolate Chickpea Dip

Ingredients:1x 400-g tin salt-free chickpeas (or rinse them very well) 25g raw cacao powder 60ml maple syrup 60ml coconut cream or coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Drain and thoroughly rinse the canned chickpeas. Add to a blender or food processor.
- Add in all of the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy, scraping the side of the blender or food processor if needed.
- Serve in a bowl with fruit, bananas, crackers, pancakes or biscuits to dip.
